Hi, Norma. In relaxing time, Japanese people love "tea". Tea's aroma. We can get many kinds of "tea" now. Tea is very interesting plants, in botany these are only two kinds, but many varies from place to place. So, we can enjoy many aromas. Do you like tea? And what kind of tea do you like?

Yes, I love tea. When Kuan Yen and I found each other in Hawaii she invited me to try Green Tea. First we would hold the cup, breathe and feel the warmth coming from the cup into us. Then by smelling the teas aromas deeply into us we were beginning to be one with the tea. Only when we had "connected" did we drink the tea. Our time with tea was a love affair ceremony of tea, Kuan Yen, and me. That same experience happens every day of my life for this past 15 years. Sometimes I like Green tea with flowers blended into the container, Jasmine is one especially friendly. Also, I love a cup that is feminine, pretty, sweet, and delicate. Cup adds much to the ceremony.

In sunny day, we can just walk somewhere. Walk in the sunshine. Do you like walk? What place do you like to the walk? (and Why do you like that place?)

Yes, I love to take walks. When our Shiatsu was younger we walked him everyday, morning and evening.

He is 16 years old now so does not take long walks. The walks for me are because the sunshine invites me and the fragrances outside feed me. I love to walk near flowers, trees, or water. In San Diego one of my favorite places is the beach near the ocean. I can breath very big when the Pacific Ocean and I breathe together. When I am home I love to walk in the pine trees. The wind in the pines sing a song and the fragrance feeds me. Walking has enriched my life always. Even as a child I loved walking in the open country where I lived. Eastern Washington is open with very few people. Like the ocean it is a great place for breathing big.
