How did you have a deep sense about the "Breath" before you downloaded these energies of the books? And when did you meet the "Breath" for the first time that you realized it?

Yes, Kuthumi, does ask us to breathe quite often as we read these two books. To Kuthumi, our taking the deep, conscious breath is a most effective way for us to move energy, and this "conscious" breath assists us in the creation of our choices. We humans so often forget to breathe in this special way, and Kuthumi wants to remind us to use the breath for our expansion. I didn't necessarily feel the part that the Breath would play in the two books, "How to be Kind of Good Looking in an Otherwise Ugly World" and "Silly, Silly Humans - A Guidebook for Dummies Who Want to Remain Dummies" before I channeled the books, but as I downloaded the material I so often felt how important the act of taking deep breaths is to Kuthumi, as he asked us to do this over and over. Norma Delaney first introduced me to the "Breath", about five years ago and her teachings on this subject are profound. When I take deep, sweet, conscious breaths, I feel the mind relax and allow the feeling parts to come forward. This is a very helpful in developing creator energy and in enhancing our connection to our personal gnost.

When you take the deep breath usually? And, How long take that usually? Oh, maybe answer isnft fixed. But, could you tell me just one recent example? What did you feel yourself after that deep breath? (I think most people do not feel anything for the "Breath". I thought a personal example can help them.)

I do understand when you say that "most people do not feel anything for the 'Breath'. I can hear Kuthumi laughing, and he says,"How many of these breaths do you take each moment?" What he is saying is that breathing is the most natural thing that Human Angels do. We breathe in. We breathe out. In, then out. When you are looking for something so different and special to happen when you are taking these breaths, you are allowing your mind to take over and become very analytical. Breathing is not of the mind. Breath expresses the Spirit. Now, there are indeed different kinds of breathing. There is the breathing that you do each and every moment of your life. You do this without any particular conscious intent. It is simply occurring. The "Breath" that you are asking about in your question is what is called "Conscious Breath." This is the same kind of breathing you do all the time, but now, you are putting your focused energy on it. Your own personal unique energy. If you say you would like to release some pattern or habit that you have been repeating very very often and which you choose to let go of, for example, you can sit in a comfortable place, or lie on the floor, close your eyes and take a deep, slow, sweet breath, breathing into your body past your lungs and down into your belly. All the way down. Then, you release the breath, slowely and comfortably. Breathe in through your nose and out through your nose. Easy, and slow. Then repeat the breath. As you breathe slowely in and out, you may begin to feel your body relaxing and the breathing taking on a natural thythm. You may begin to feel how you are connecting to your Self. Just breathe. In and out, in and out. Slowely like the waves rolling up on the beach. In they come. Out they go. I would like to suggest that you go to Norma Delaney's website www.newbreath.net . Norma is the one who breathes with Shaumbra at every gathering and travels around the world with Geoff Hoppe and Linda Benyo of the Crimson Circle to share her breathing. On this website are opportunities to have her guide you through breathing on audio links. For myself personally, I do find that the deep sweet breathing that Kuthumi requests of us in the books I have co-created with him is effective in helping me to connect to myself when I feel that I am kind of scattered and being overwhelmed by thoughts and mental activity that doesn't want to stop. Also if I want to move stuck energy, I can sit quietly and breathe deeply and calmly, and allow the energy to move through me. Try it and see if you begin to feel a change.
